Mark Krantz is the principal of ThirdBase establishing the firm in 2011. He has over 25 years Business Process Improvement and Re-engineering experience in Australia and Asia. He is a practical, results oriented person who has conducted a wide range of management consulting engagements. These include: assisting clients achieve increased business performance through improving effectiveness and efficiency of business processes; establishing organisation-wide continuous improvement; cost reduction; reducing process cycle-time and waste; and process training and coaching.
Prior to establishing ThirdBase, Mark's consulting experience includes 14 years as Principal at process consultancy firm Davitt Krantz and Associates and eight years in Senior Consulting positions at IBM Consulting Group and DMR Consulting.
He has experience in a range of industries and business lines including Insurance and Financial Services; Government Business Enterprises; Employment Services; Media; Manufacturing and Supply Chain Logistics; Utilities; Banking; Petroleum; Leasing; Consumer Products; Transportation and Storage; Labour Associations; Government and Not-For-Profit Organisations.
